No. Iranoca only introduces and markets professionals and is not a party to any immigration case or contract. Legal responsibility for every case lies with the licensed lawyer handling it in the destination country.

All Iranoca services are delivered online, under the strict supervision of Iranoca and with the help of the company's own artificial intelligence. You do not need to visit an office.

Iranoca operates under the A.D.A.B Squad Customer Services Inc. holding in Canada. The company registration numbers are listed on the official registers page.

The free assessment form asks about your immigration goal, education, work, languages and finances, and takes about 10 minutes. At the end it shows your possible immigration routes and your details are recorded for review by a licensed lawyer.

No. Filling in the assessment form is completely free.

Yes. Your answers are stored encrypted and are used only to review your immigration options.

Yes. The assessment form is available in both English and Persian.

Every lawyer or consultant is checked before their profile is published, and their licence is verified in the official register of their country, such as the Law Society of Ontario (LSO), the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or the UK's Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). Only verified lawyers appear on the site.

Each lawyer's fees are set out in that lawyer's official contract. Ask the lawyer directly about terms and fees before signing.

The official case contract is sent directly by your chosen lawyer, under the supervision of the immigration and legal authorities of the destination country. A contract without a licensed lawyer is not legal.

Iranoca has no person or lawyer in Iran with authority to receive payments or sign contracts directly. Check the person's name in the lawyer directory and contact us before doing anything.

Only into the accounts stated in the official contract. Any payment to another account, or at the request of anyone else, is illegal and Iranoca accepts no responsibility for it.

Legal contracts have a tracking code and are registered in Iranoca's official system. A contract without a tracking code is not valid.

A DLI is a designated learning institution: a school approved to admit international students in Canada. For a Canadian study permit, your admission must come from a DLI. Each university's DLI number is on its profile.
