TERMS OF USE AND COOPERATION

Iranoca terms and conditions

All Iranoca services and contracts are company-based, legal and online, under the strict supervision of Iranoca. Please read these terms before any contract or payment

Contracts with applicants

  • All legal Iranoca contracts are registered in the company's official system in Canada and can be followed by the applicant and the company.
  • A contract without a username and tracking code is illegal, and Iranoca accepts no responsibility for that case.
  • All contracts and payment receipts are recorded in the applicant's dashboard and can be seen by the applicant, the company and the licensed lawyer.
  • Iranoca acts only as an introducer and marketer and receives its marketing fee from licensed lawyers or agencies. Legal responsibility for immigration contracts lies with the lawyer or agent handling the case.
  • Any complaint about how an agent or licensed lawyer handled a case is the applicant's own responsibility; Iranoca has no legal responsibility for it.
  • Contracts with immigration companies must be made in two parts: a company contract and a legal representation contract. After signing with the company, always ask for your case lawyer's contract. Legal responsibility for the case lies with the case lawyer in the destination country, and the lawyer's official contract can be verified.
  • Iranoca accepts no responsibility for contracts signed without a tracking code; responsibility lies with the applicant, the person at fault and the case lawyer.

Payments

All payments are made only to the company accounts stated in the contract. The official accounts are:

  1. Iranoca's company account in Canada
  2. The A.D.A.B holding account in Canada
  3. The ADAB Mohajer International Consultants Group company account in Iran
  4. The account of the lawyer named in the contract

Paying the contract amount into any other account is illegal and Iranoca accepts no responsibility for it. Only the sources and information published on Iranoca's official website are legal and valid.

Working with representatives

Iranoca grants online representation to qualified people to improve consultations, contracts and visa matters for applicants. After training, all representatives work online, under the company's rules and supervision:

  • Representatives may advertise using the company's name and logo.
  • No representative, referrer or individual may independently draw up a contract on Iranoca letterhead with an applicant.
  • Contracts for applicants introduced by representatives are drawn up only under the company's management, on company letterhead and with pre-approved terms.
  • Every contract must have a tracking code and serial number and be registered in Iranoca's official system.
  • Under the contract, the applicant receives a user dashboard to confirm their contract is genuine.
  • No payment from an applicant to a representative is accepted under any circumstances. Paying a representative directly makes the contract illegal and the applicant alone is responsible.
  • Representatives may recruit independent referrers (marketers) under the company's rules.
  • Representatives use their own dashboard, assessment form and registered codes.
  • All contract terms and visa fees are recorded in Iranoca's system, and no person, representative, lawyer or company may quote any other terms or amounts. The fee table link is shared only with contracted partners; giving it to anyone else is illegal.

An official Iranoca representative holds:

  • A representative code and registered code
  • An official letter of cooperation from the company
  • An official, registered certificate
  • Their own assessment form
  • An official contract and performance guarantee

ADAB Mohajer International Consultants Group in Iran is only the exclusive representative and marketer of Iranoca Canada and may not sign any contract outside the agreed framework. It has no legal responsibility for immigration contracts. To apply for representation, sign in to a partner agent account.

Working with independent referrers

Iranoca provides a safe, online platform for qualified partners to market its services. After completing the cooperation steps and training, referrers receive their own dashboard where they can follow the cases of the applicants they introduced.

  • Referrers may not sign contracts with applicants.
  • Referrers may not give advice.
  • Referrers may not recruit other referrers or representatives.
  • Referrers may not open cases or create user dashboards for applicants.
  • Referrers act only as marketers within the company's rules and receive a marketing commission for applicants they introduce.

By keeping each other informed, together we stop fraud and profiteering.
